So I was editing my blog profile (in case no one can tell), and I opened up the window where you can change how the posts are presented. And as the example post, Blogger provided this:
"Lorem ipsum vim ut utroque mandamus intellegebat, ut eam omittam ancillae sadipscing, per et eius soluta veritus."
... When did blogger learn Latin? ... and did this font get smaller? Hello? Argh, its not increasing my font. Okay, there we go.
So, Part 2: CSI
I'm watching CSI right now. The opening: Totally don't get it, and yet, I likes it.
So, Part 3: Pretty!
I was surfing around on Blogger, and some one posted a comment about Japanese book binding and had a link to an Etsy page where you could by a starter kit. (Which happens to be this link, by the by) I almost got to make a book bound Japanese-style at Maryland Day two years ago, but SOMEONE told me she had already been to take area of Maryland Day and it was really boring, and then convinced me to follow her around while she took pictures of the apparently not-boring areas. Most boring Maryland Day ever...This Maryland Day, I am totally binding a book. And getting an apple tree seedling.
(PS If certain people who happen to both read this blog and live in a certain Japanese apartment, or who don't read this blog but live in this certain Japanese apartment and are told about this post by those who both read and live want to show me how to do stab bindings (Did you guys get all that?), I could return the favor by showing them how to make something oh-so-very German... but we'll probably have to use our imagination muscles).
So, Part 4: Frustration!
I consider myself a pretty tech-savvy person (despite what you guys reading probably think). I'm able to figure out new tech pretty easily, but for the life of me I cannot get Blogger to put a picture into this blog the way I want it to. I'm blaming Blogger, since I can put pictures in just about everything else. It's a shame, my blog could be so pretty... *PS I eventually got the picturing to work, but the fix wasn't ideal, and there has to be an easier way to input pictures.
So, Part 5: I'm seeing a lot of features on other people's blogs that I want to steal/copy-in-a-non-plageristic-fashion. That said, there will be a lot of crash course blogging coming up, untill I figure out how to make these things, since so far Blogger has not be very helpful at showing me how to do them, or even doing the things that it's supposed to do.
So, Part 6: Taco Liberty Bell
In case you're still reading, guess how Taco Bell is helping/ helped to reduce our National Debt:
"In an effort to help the national debt, Taco Bell is pleased to announce that we have agreed to purchase the Liberty Bell, one of our country' most historic treasures. It will now be called the "Taco Libery Bell" and will still be accessible to the American public for viewing. While some may find this controversial, we hope our move will prompt other corporations to take similar actions to do their part to reduce our nation's debt."
Now I'm just waiting for the Statue of Liberty Mutual, or the Golden Arches Gate Bridge. Best tourist spots ever.
